As part of installing a new stainless hot water heater tank, I am attepting to replace the hoses going to the water heater. My 78 Eleganza does not have any outside access to the rear of the fridge.

There is a 'fitting' (just a short length of copper pipe and some hose clamps) below and just to the rear of the entry door where two sections of hoses are connected. What I don't know is if there are any other connectors above and in front of the wheel well (possibly an elbow to go from vertical to horizontal?)

I have tried to pull out the old hoses out from both the bathroom, and below the coach. They simply are not budging.

I suspect the only real way to figure this out is to remove the fridge and look at the hoses behind there...or cut an access panel in the outside of the coach body. Sad

I would like to know if anyone has replaced these hoses on a 78, without having outside access to the rear of the fridge? If so, are there are tricks, or if there is something I am missing? Or is my fridge coming out again?
