You might try posting on Vimeo with a password - I have not had the same problems with auto-filtering there that YouTube has.

Devin, it is not a person discovering and blocking your video. It is an
automated process at YouTube that is comparing the video to known
copyrighted content. It is quite an impressive, although often overzealous
system. Your video will get blocked even if you don't send the link to
anyone or make it public. You may get your account blocked if it keeps
tripping on your postings.
