Now, some of our journalist members may know more, but you ought to be
able to claim fair use and publish snippets of the episode that deal
with the GMC for review purposes.

Claiming fair use, etc., is fine, but remember this is Youtube. They are quick to pull an item if someone complains.
One of my favorite podcasts is a sort of geek news show and Youtube pulls down their feed frequently if they have a music clip etc.
Still, I've got to get the 6 Million Dollar Man on my TiVo!

Ah, but there's more to it. A lot depends on the specific way that the
content was reported as infringing or whatever.
For example, if it's a takedown request under the provisions of the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the rights holder or their agent can
make the request. But they have to be willing to back up their
authority in court. The hosting site will then comply and take down
the content, but they are required to notify whoever uploaded the
content, because it's possible that the content is not, in fact
infringing (due to Fair Use for example). It's even possible that it's
the uploader who actually holds the rights. They can respond to the
host and say "I swear that this is not infringing due to being an
exception such as Fair Use" or "Those other guys are lying, these are
my videos and they are making false takedown claims against me," and
the host will be REQUIRED to put them back up. However, the uploader
has to be willing to back it up in court. At that point, the content
stays up, and the ball is in the court of the entity that made the
takedown request. They have to take it to court.
The rules are such that wrongful takedown notices should be prevented,
but truly infringing content needs to be allowed to be taken down or
you'll get nailed to the wall in court.
I've used DMCA takedowns to get embarassing photos taken off gossip
sites and the like that allow people to upload photos and trash talk
people. While I can't touch the host for hosting such libelous content
(they're not responsible, the original uploader is, and there's always
the possiblity that the horrible things the person is saying about my
client is TRUE), when the uploader includes pictures that my client
took of themselves and uploaded, they have just uploaded my clients
intellectual property and now I have a hook I can use. The website has
to at the very least pull the photos but they usually just pull the
whole darn entry to be on the safe side. If they don't, I can go to
the website's upstream provider and get THEM to shut it down or face
statutory damages. It's a hoot when it works out the way it's supposed
to. :)

Here is a list of various TV shows and movies our rigs have shown up
in. The more stars that are rated means the bigger role that the
vehicle played in the show. For example, "Stripes" gets all stars. :)

You missed the this one. There was a red with black GMC in the series
Brother & Sisters with Sally Fields as the mother. The GMC Was driven by
one of the Bridges brothers. I think it was Boe Bridges.
