Can someone post a link to instructions on how to raise up the entrance door? Mine's about 1/8" low. There's more gap at the top & almost none at the bottom, so the door don't shut well.

No, the door is visibly lower. Hits on the bottom, big gap at the top. The striker pin only shows wear at the top & it's hard to close without slamming it. There is also a visible misalignment between the belt strips on either side of the door. It appears to be about 1/4" lower on the door belt than on the body. It does have some spread, but that's a later repair.

I have adjusted mine by loosening the hinge bolts, placing a jack, with a wood block on top of it, under the door, jacking it up, and re-tightening the hinge bolts. There is typically some up and down adjustment in the way car doors are mounted, and the coach door is not much different.

I'll tell ya, those hinges are tough buggers. On my first day home with the coach, and still not quite familiar with its width, and very tired anyhow, I was driving to a car stereo shop located next to the train depot. Well, you guessed it, I got too close to an old (but not old enough to be cool) Cutlass whose front fender had already been bent out. My lower hinge grabbed that fender and popped it out a bit - enough to scrape the T-Skirt and propane door. My rear bumper, however peeled that fender back like a canned ham.

My (formerly) perfectly closing door now requires a slight push to close. As I look at the gap around the door it is now maybe 1/16" off - maybe. The Cutlass got a nice note from me on the windshield and a call to my insurance agent. The T-Skirt and propane door had some smudging but you could never tell that something bad had happened. The rear bumper was bent like a Chevron sign. My buddy Mark, who can fix anything to the point that he has been dubbed Markguyver, brought his Texas Toothpick and some rope and bent that bumper back nearly to home.

The hinge? I've thought about giving it a whack with a sledge hammer, but I've never been good about calibrating a sledge hammer.

Our door was always a little hard to close. This i blamed on the birch screen door. Early this summer I noticed that the door was hanging down towards the rear. I used a block of wood and a jack to spring the door back to the proper position. It now closes like a new one. If you do this be very careful not to buckle the door.

Maybe a look at the assembly manual door hinge detail will help.

i need to adjust my door, but not up, the manual shows putting in a spacer to lower hinge. i believe that would rotate my door slighlty ccw.
since i dont really wish to learn how to remove my internal wall stuff a this point,
is this shim piece meant to be inserted from the inside or th outside?

Which direction exactly does your door need to move in relation to the opening when looking at the closed door from outside? Clockwise, counter clockwise, in or out at which corner etc

ccw, it would seem to me if i could rotate door slightly ccw that the verticle gap on the left side of door would even out.
if i stare at it long enough it would also seem that the same ccw would also line the rub rail up better , the one on the door to the one to the left of door.

If you insert a 2x4 in the hinge side of the door at the upper hinge location from the interior of the coach and move the door closed until the board is pinched in between the door and the jamb you can gently push the door closed on the board to spread the gap on the hinge side of the door. This will move the top of the door away from the hinge post at the location of the board.

Thanks for the link, but it appears that if there is any adjustment, it's limited. I may have to elongate the holes with a dremel tool...
