So, is there a chance I can fish out the other side of the ground wire
through the 1/2 inch hole in the roof?
I've done it 3 times on 3 different coaches. Just use a fairly stiff wire
like a coat hanger.

the coach went fairly smooth except for one loose rivnut. Rather than
remove and replace I stuck it down with JBWeld. Got five bright red
lights......

the ground wire attached to the light, but detatched from the inside wire
loom - I got a short red pigtail with a male side connector attached.

Thanks Jim and Gerald - the coat hanger did the trick.
As luck would have it, while I was messing around in the access hole catching and pulling up the end of the coat hanger, I managed to pull the hot wire out of the loom - - Sooo, now I can use my newly pulled ground wire to pull a new hot wire, and hopefully that will be the end of this tale of woe.
