I've read the online shop manual but it's still not clear to me.
How do I remove the actual window frame and glass? I've pulled the inside aluminum pieces that screw to the frame but the window itself won't budge. Is it glued in...or just stuck? Or are there more screws I haven't found yet?

If you are talking about the side windows, after removing the inside
aluminum pieces that screw in, just push gently on the window to remove. If
someone has sealed them on the outside with caulking, it will most likely
need to be cut or removed first. Sometimes the goop GM used holds the
windows better than other times, so might need to use a thin putty knife
under the outside of the frame to gently persuade the unit to move. works
well to have a person inside pushing out and a person outside to keep it
from dropping.

Kerry,
The window may have been replaced using silicone seal. Normally the windows will pull out easily using a hand to the window. If it was sealed with silicone it will be harder to remove. You might try using a putty knife around the edges. Once you can get a opening just keep prying until it comes out and then clean the sealant off completely.

Kerry, After removing the interior retaining bars, the windows are being held by the mounting putty. If you are lucky, it is OEM putty tape and enough tugging or pushing, it should break loose. If a P.O. Used silicon, all bets are off. Use a thin blade and slide it around the outside of the window, under the flange. Be prepared to catch it, sometimes they will let go all at once without warning.
