I would not use them -- my reasoning, KYBs and Bilsteins are known to work and are readily available. KYBs about $45 plus shipping, Bils about $85.

Yes, you can use Monroe shocks on your coach and Jim B does use them.
Rear# 555046 and the front is #555045. Are they the best? The choice
is yours! I personally would use the KYB shocks, If you get them
from Jim K he does warrantees them http://www.appliedgmc.com/prod.itml/icOid/636
You can find them cheaper but you will fight to get them replaced
under warrantee from big box suppliers.

I ordered from jim k. Front only.
Found the source of oil leak. The dipstick tube was resting up against the
exhaust manifold and cracked. Now trying to get the stub out of the hole
and replace damaged portion. Warning check your coach.

Dwayne, use a slide hammer with a sheet metal screw in the tip. Coat it
with grease so the chips stick to it, and screw it into the remaining stub.
Carefully slap the hammer until the stub moves. It goes a long ways into
the pan, several inches but once it moves, you should have no problem from
there on out. Check and make sure the header or exhaust manifold did not
break it off.

Most shocks only perform on compression. With our rear dual wheels, shocks need to perform on compression and expansion. KYB's do both.
As always, correct me of I don't have this right.
