I am installing my new Xantrex Rv2012GS inverter/charger
along with 2 new main panels for AC and AC-inverter and I
have a few ???. What output am I getting from my Onan 6000W
gen.set, split phase, dual input, or single input?I am guessing it
is Dual Input but I can find any specs. on it.
Also I made a copy of a Summary for the 3 GMC ground systems.
I replaced the braided ground strap between the chassis and the
front aluminum front supports with a new cable when I reinstalled
the frame,Dose that constitute a multiple or parallel ground path that
this article warns against?? Also I have mounted and grounded my
new carter elect fuel pump to the frame rail, should I have grouded
it to the body instead? Do I need to put a ground strap from the
radiator to the frame? If yes where is the best place to do it?

Well it's been over 1 1/2 years since I started this project and I'm
not done yet but I did drive it around the block a few times for the first
time last mouth which only took 5 minutes but it took the rest of the
day to get the big grin off my face. The chassis and bottom side is
spotless ,painted, and updated with all your suggestions and tips.
How I am full speed on the inside, ( it's different working standing
up) it's very time consuming and $$$ but I am loving it. (whats wrong
with me) . We are planning to be at some rallies next year God willing.

Thanks

Larry,
I hate doing this, I'm going to break up your posting so I can answer the questions that I can answer.

If you have the OE Onan NH, it is 120V single phase.

All you did was replace an existing ground cable - Correct? - Then NO.

No, the frame rail is good. That is a chassis part.

No, the oil cooler lines are supposed to be the ground path to the engine block. If they are still all metal, they will be.
