Mickey,
All the donations go directly to the sites -- and they in turn advise us for whom and how many tickets to enter into the Summer GiveAway drawing.
You don't mention to which site you donated -- but I will follow up as the notifications come in and contact you directly.
Remember too that the sites are separate -- a donation to one stays with that site -- there is no revenue sharing.
Thank you for your support.

Yes we go every where.
Last year California, Arizona, New Mexico,Colorado up over Wolfcreek Pass at 10,000 feet, Eisenhower tunnel also 10,000 out of Denver, Utah, Nevada, back home to Alpine at 2,400 feet.
Susie and I have driven as Far East as Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin not all in the same trip.
We make a number of trips to Henderson Nevada each year to spend time with our daughter as well our son his wife and grandsons in Centennial Colorado ever other year.
We run TBI you can do fine with the Rochester if its set up.
Until this year we ran with the stock suspension.
In January we made a trip up to Manny in San Jose
To have his one ton front end installed.
Came Bach down California One to Morrow Bay.
The new one ton is very nice, but you could make the same run with the stock set up from GMC if it was in good working order.
My thought is this we!
The GMC owners spend a lot of time on this net talking about the BAD STUFF and not talking about all the GOOD STUFF.
Here is the good stuff from Susie my wife and me.
Susie drives as often as I do.
The good stuff lots and lots of miles and good times.
Two trips a cross country twice in the past four years, over to Nevada and Colorado can't count the times.
Up and down California in to Bend Oregon again same thing can't remember how often.
In to Yosemite wish we could go more often.
We did get to spend one month as volunteers four years ago.
The bad stuff ran out of gas in Gila Bend, in restarting the coach it was leaning to the right and would not pickup the fuel.
Some how the bad battery ground kicked in.
Had to flat hauled in to a crappy camp ground In Gila Bend.
Thanks to AAA for the fine service out of Phoenix
Glad to have the AAA that haul cost the AAA lots of $'s
Next day cleaned up the bad ground with Coca Cola and a tooth brush.
On to Steve and Nancy for a total redo of all the grounding points.
Thanks to Steve.
Vapor lock a number of time.
I have that under control
In November to fuel pump took a dump in Yuma had to camp out over night at O'Riles as the pump was not in stock, sent over night .
Back on the road at 8:00 AM
We also did a compleat engine rebuild in Bend Or .
It was do and the AAA found a good garage and we got to spend some good times with my brother and his wife.
Bottom line if you try to follow the five P's. Pryer, Planning, Prevents, Poor, Performance!
Sorry for the long rant.
We Susie and I want you to get out and enjoy your GMC
See you out and about.
How about coming to Coos Bay the first week of October this year?
Thanks
Howard
Alpine Ca
PS the big Diesel pushers also brake down.
My brother who has insurance for brake downs had his inverter and shore power brake down.
Cost! Over $5,000

The open plains I saw alot of the big diesel motorhomes, but when I got into the parks I would see alot of the class C motorhomes from rental outfits and also private owned. I was asked several times if I took the GMC on the trip...just wasn't wanting to do that on this trip...feel like I need to have TBI and disk brake conversion if I were to consider it. My question is do you guys hop around in the mountains and take these lengthy trips in yours? I'm in KCMO so it would be a drive to get out to the parks.

When I purchase my first GMC Coach in 1980, I drove the heck out of it.
Keep in mind that they had the Asbestos base rear shoes, so they did well
when it got hot.
We now have a semi metallic brake shoes that perform well.
If you want power, there are tuning tricks that will work along with other
things to adjust.
Every week we learn something from our customers and from other GMC shops.
So far the new 540 Caderack seems to be doing well. I am very disappointed
with or technician as he left the MAP sensor vac line disconnected and left
the trans vac line disconnected.
I called him at his house and jumped on him as I cannot buy the fact that
he did not understand.
When he comes in Monday I will not hide my emotion.
No fun running a shop. I know Jim B, and others have the same problem.
