I just got an email flyer from Harbor Freight and this multimeter was in it:

I agree, that is a good meter, I have a couple of them.

I purchased one of these recently and use it frequently.� It's an excellent meter for that price range.� I would advise buying some spare fuses in advance from Sparkfun electronics.

All my inexpensive meters take AA, AAA, or a 9V.
