If you need repairs to the black tank and are in striking range of Detroit, I know where you need to go.
After searching for days and not coming up with anybody that even sounded competent, I finally hit one and I got just what I needed.
The place is called:
Stellar Plastics Fabricating
14121 Gratiot
Detroit MI 48205 For locals - Just So of 7 mile on Gratiot
Bill Bletch is the Guy.
Try to have the tank clean when you get there.....
The price he asked for my job was fair (many a little too fair, I added some beer money).

I have had two black tanks and one gas tank plastic welded locally. In all three cases we were able to do the job while still mounted on the coach or vehicle. The guy charged me $25.00 each time and took less than 20 minutes to each the job. I had the spots cleaned up and ready to be welded when I took them in. The worse one was the gas tank because I had to completely drain it and make sure it was dry before I towed it over there. I was going to try to do it myself but for $25.00 it was not worth the effort.
