Ron,
I believe there is a difference between hub centered and lug centered wheels, but on this page the torque spec’s for Alcoa wheels is 140#
<http://www.gmcmotorhome.com/tech/alcoa_wheels/index.html>
I believe this should do it, as I found a thread that says to torque to 130 - 150 lbs/ft.

The difference between lug and hub centered wheels does not apply here. Both the Eagles and Alcoas are hub centered and require the same torque setting. 140 + or - 10.
Lug centered wheels use a tapered nut against the wheel. That nut has less contact area and usually requires lower torque due to less friction area on the nut vs. the nut / washer combination.
