Guys,
Thought I would start a new thread. I contacted the local Chevy dealer and provided them the AC Delco PN on Gene's website. They had one in stock and just picked it up during lunch. Although a bit pricey at $15 at least I go the correct one. The parts stores I contacted only carried the Stant which is 10 psi. See picture of the cap I got a the Chevy dealer.

Ahhh Made in India. That crazy AC Delco. The ones on the Turbo Regals were made in England. At least not Made in China.
