John Leinhardt from the University of Houston hosts a great podcast that is also on KUHF radio. Each episode is about 3 minutes long.

This morning's podcast talked about a memorial for Kentucky's fallen Vietnam soldiers that I have to see. It's a great sundial that is arranged in such a way that it points to the names of the fallen on the particular anniversary of their death.

An inscription from Ecclesiastes - "For everything there is a season, a time to be born, a time to die..."

I don't know if that memorial can touch me in the way the Washington, D. C. one does, but the poetic description by Mr. Leinhardt draws me there. Some day when I can take great gobs of time to travel in our Marvelous Mystery Machine this will be a stop.
