What is the maximum pressure that the air bags hold???

140 psi working pressure. I'm guessing 220 psi burst.

Hello,
Thanks for your input guys. I am taking off the old height setting stuff etc, and fitting temporary valves. I needed to know how much air i could safely fill em up with. I got the valves from Ace Hardware, nice brass ones with green dust caps. Currently i have the bags at 90 PSI. i did not want to push the bags too far. Funny how so many nuts and bolts on stuff are different sizes, when they should be the same size. Perhaps a PO had replaced some stuff !!!!!
cheers and beers

Steve and Debbie, while you are at it, why don't you measure the correct
ride height from the ground to the slotted hole in the frame behind the
rear tire as described in the GMC Repair Manual, note what air pressure it
takes to do that and inflate to that pressure. What I would do if I were
discontinuing the ride height controls.

Sir: to start with set the ride height at 33" from top of T skirt to ground. This will get you close enough to crawl under the frame and measure 11 11/16" +- 1/4" In the top of the race track hole in the frame. on a 26' it is easily acessable on the pass side but is behind the onan on the drivers side.

Hello,
If anyone has a photo of the slotted hole i need to measure from/to i would appreciate that. Not sure where the mentioned slotted hole is ??? It would be nice to set to right height. Until i can get new height control valves, tubing etc.
