I've done everything I can think of for this vibration I get as I approach 65 mph. I know the motorhome wants to get up to 70 and better...I keep getting this vibration in my sit, which I think is meaning the back tires. I've got all new ammerican eagle rims and new tires all around, along with new shocks back there...and the vibration still exists. Any ideas guys? This vibration was there in the same way before all the new stuff...so I'm a bit baffled on this.

I was about to conclude that you had a classic out-of-round tire condition.
Then I read " This vibration was there in the same way before all the new
stuff."
Sooo...now I'm joining your WAG speculation: How was the rear tire wear,
especially on the center wheels? I ask because I'm wondering if a
misaligned center wheel, perhaps aggravated by loose suspension arm pins,
may be "running out" and "popping back" at a frequency that's resonant
around 65 mph???
As I said, a WAG. Maybe you have a similar one for my thrust bearing
problems?

Who better to look at it than you, yourself? Follow Jerry Work's
prescription. Or, even simpler for just the rear, a pair of stand-offs &
string like this:

A couple of things.
It could be front CV joints. Check the front ride height. If it is off the CV joints are running at an abnormal angle.
Check the rear toe. Remove the hubcaps and place a strait edge across both rear wheels near the centers. A 5 foot aluminum "yard stick" works well for this. I doubt seriously it is camber but as long as you are there place a vertical level across each wheel.
There also is a possibility that you have an out of round tire. One of the old ones and one of the new ones could both be bad.

For cv vibration some have swapped the axles; right side to left side. If that does the trick, rebuilt axles are in the future.

Sir: First thing I would do is jack it up and put boards or cans or something in front and to the side of the tire real close and rotate tires and look for hi and low spots all the way around. Another thing is the rear brake drums and bearings. Some of the drums have welded on weights that could come off. Maybe check the drums for balance, I use to use a bubble balancer to check ~balance. A rough wheel bearing will also act up under speed.
I have never heard of a rear spindle being bent on a GMC but it is possible.

I would check the inner constant el. joint.
as Ken B suggested, swap side might be simpler.
