Jim's name shows in the posting threads on the forum but the text is not there.
If other members quotes Jim in their posts I can see his message. Otherwise I can't see what he's saying.

Anyone else have this issue.

Has Jim been banned?
Is my computer blocking his messages?

Is his transmitter too weak to reach the West Coast?

Do I need to buy something from The Co-op to take ad vantage of his wisdom?

This is a recent occurence. No problems with his messages in the past.

I see them both in the forum and in the individual emails from GMCNET
that I selected as well. I do notice that on the email side Jim's posts
tend to "break" the thread and show up separately. But otherwise, they
are the usual comprehensive and sage advice.

Gene,

Sometimes it is easy to click accidently on the "ignore this user" button when you are on the forum -- especially with iphones or ipads.
Look at the message thread and see if you find the option to "stop ignoring this user".

Mike,
You got the wrong Gene. I can't afford to have a field office at Mcd's.like G. Fisher.

Since he's a techie he can communicate with those youngsters at McD's unlike us other old fogeys who can't even how to read Jim B's messages on the forum.

Dennis,
As usual, you understood the problem and gave good advice.

Somehow my machine was set to ignore Jim B.

Thanks for the solution.
