Someone asked about moving photos off an iphone or and ipad.

Here is an article which explains that.

It also shows you how to...

open your garage
use it as an GPS
hook up a wireless keyboard
connect a wireless modem/router
etc.

Thanks for the link! I was the one trying to figure this out.

I did learn how to email a photo to myself, but haven't gotten any further. I assumed that if I can open the email on my laptop, I should e able to post a picture onto the photo site from there, but would like to see if there is an easier way.

The article does show some very nice mounts and accessories that can help using an iPad in the car, but doesn't have too much information on transferring things from an iPad.

Either way, this is quite powerful technology!

Intersting. I like the one that does the "scangauge" function of the engine. I may play with that one when we purchase a new vehicle. Have the Scangauge already in the Vibe.
Thanks for the link.

For moving pictures around Dropbox is probably the best choice. I have
more devices than I can count in my house... iOS, Windows, Apple, Android,
linux... laptops, tablets, smartphones. I have tried every virtual
storage solution. Dropbox still wins, up to 4 GB free cloud storage, and
each device syncs when it has network. Just install on each device, a
little easy config and you have a shared virtual drive on every device.
Still a small company run by the engineers that started it on a train to
work one day... profitable from the first year and 96% of their customers
are running the free service.
