I hate to brag ,but in Washington state we have no emissions test and on my
all my vehicles I have historical plates and tabs. I never have to
register, buy tabs or pay weight fees. At least until they change the law.
The only problem is it might be too cold for you retirees.

Who's retired???

While I guess I am. However I learned what "retired" really means. For me it is a two part definition. "Retired" does not mean I no longer work. It just means I no longer get paid for the work I do. Also "retired" comes out as "I was tired yesterday, today I am also tired so therefore I am re-tired.
