Drill a couple of little holes and bungee cords around back of tire.

If you do that, be sure to periodically remove the cover. The PO apparently overflated mine some time ago and the cover deformed to the shape of the tire and will not come off. Not sure how long it took for the cover to take the shape of the tire. Deflating the tire the still wouldn't allow it to come off so I'll probably have to destroy the cover if I get a flat.
