G'day,
I had a chat with Dave Lenzi while at Shawnee and the planetary geared 3.21
final drive came up.
He noted that he had seen a write up that discussed how and why it was
developed. One of the benefits was that it had 'limited slip' tendencies.
That meant it would by the nature of it's design have a tendency to supply
power to both wheels.
Can anybody expound on that?
I have a 3.21 in Double Trouble and one to go into The Blue Streak.
Regards,
Rob M.
