Disassemble and forward an image of the inner raceway and the rollers.
I'm
wandering if the race is fatigue-spalled. If the bearing was over heated,
the inner-raceway usually fails first. Next thing to determine is what
caused the overheating condition? Lack of grease, improper fit up, or
debris in the bearing. I worked as a Quality Manager for NSK Bearing Co
in
a previous life............Since Retarded! I can ask the right questions
but don't necessarily have all the answers.

Living on a waterfront is not a matter of life or death. Its more
important than that.
