OK doing some rebuilding. have the material for the flooring and looking at only doing this once.

the wardrobe is not in straight. I know this Because the bathroom door won't open all the way and when I place a level on the shower module it shows as plumb the wardrobe is not. The closet door will open all the way.

I need to know if the "kickplate" is the right distance apart and the cabinet part of the wardrobe is not on it right. this assumes that it is in 2 pieces in the first place.

The Wardrobe needs to be replaced and I am planning on doing it, next year. but I don't want to end up with a gap between my floor and the kick plate.

Thanks.

Isle is a small island. We have plenty out here. Which one do you want measured?
Oh, the aisle? I can do that for you in the morning. It's raining really good tonight.

Adam,

The OEM closet module (on the forward side, kitchen side)has nothing securing it at top or at least at the belt line, and very little on the floor, because of the cutouts for the heater and sink drain. The floor bracket may have broken loose, push the bottom of module in place by removing the kitchen floor panel next to the closet.

For the top, with a spacer to keep the top in place, try to fasten the end of the overhead cabinet to it, or if want to fasten it to the body, the overhead cabinet will have to come down.

The toe kick is fastened from the back side to the face frame, if it's coming loose pry up the module and cut a block to put in front of and against the toe kick under the face frame.

Hope this is of some help.

Thanks for the replies.
Steve I can see that bracket behind the cabinet in the bedroom but can not tell if it is there in the kitchen.

I did check the floor bracket behind the air compressor and it is there but not in the right spot

All of the upper cabinets are coming down in the next month for replacement anyway. and after talking it over with the CFO we are just going to go ahead and replace the wardrobe and galley this year before doing the flooring. the Once and done theme has been adopted. Smile

So really no measurements will be needed I will make sure the bath door will open all the way before it gets bolted down.
