I spotted the following ad on craigslist. Parting out a 73, but keeping the engine and chassis.

Are you close enough to get the TZE for the registry before it gets cut up?

Hmm,
I'm going over to see it today. The guy who seems to own it is named Steve, not Zac. I'll get the TZE. Steve said he'd tried to see it several times but got no interest. It looks pretty rough in the pictures.

Stopped by to see the coach. It's pretty much a basket case. It would seem that a number of folks have already looked at it for different reasons and taken some parts, as has the owner, Steve. One person was going to cut out a section for extending another GMC and stripped out the rear interior, but abandoned the project. The inside is pretty much trashed. Steve intends to use the running gear for a car hauler he's already partially completed using another GMC that he stripped the body off of. Front windows have some fog, but aren't broken. I bought the front bumper. If you're interested in a specific part, you might give Steve a call at 707 396 3160 to see if it's there.

The owner is Steve Fleckner. Zac is his son and posted the ad on craigslist. TZE is TZE063V100391
