That's what I would expect. Jim tries to carry only the items that actually fit our coaches. Sometimes the manufacturer changes the design and throws him for a loop. But, he always tries to make it right.

Mike,
You have not called me yet.
When you call, you will be happy as I am not trying to sell you anything.

John,
As many parts and kits we move out of here, there will always be an error.
I have on a occasion shipped a final drive by air to keep the customer
from meeting a schedule, You know who paid the extra. It was us.
He heard about our attitude and now he is one of our missionary.
Several people have called us after hours needing help, if I run out
of ways to help them , I have called other GMC shops late in the
evening for assistance for that person.
Black list is OK, but our toll free # is faster and you know we will jump on it.
Sorry Roger B, but this is the truth.

Nope, I think that is some not-so-good advice. I would call the
local person on the Black List to get things rolling. They will
probably be able to get you off of the road (maybe even have a place
for you to work on your rig) or be able to help you with a local tire
shop or get you to the closest parts place for the melted fuse holder
for the air compressor or find the nearest brake specialist for them
burned up brake shoes. The Black list (to me) is the best and you meet
some really neat folks. Call AppliedGMC if you need a quick BIG part
and some technical info. I don't think besmirching (yep, I said it)
the Black List is cool however. JMO.

The Black List was a great help to me when the front caliper stuck close.
But they ended up calling Jim K to get his advice as to why? Brake hose
had deteriated and wouldn't alow flow from caliper back to reservior.
