I may have forgotten to mention this:
The Chili Off folks get extra ice cream at the social. Seeings how I am the head dipper of the cream, I control how much folks get. If you are a team, then both of you will get extra helpings of ice cream. I remember the first one sponsored by Eastern States. Joe Mondello was right beside Teri. I aggrivated all of the fire right out of his chile. He was a funny guy to aggrivate, wearing his sombrero and all that garb he had on. We will miss him at the cook off for sure.
So, bottom line, we need at least three more entries. We are also judging the presentations. Joe did win that, and well deserved. If you can not cook chili, buy some in a can and then work on your presentation.
Oh, I also control the chocolate syrip.
