Hello, all!

I have converted the tentative event schedule that
Kim Weeks sent into a MS Word document.

The daily events are on a single page that can be
printed out or stapled together for you to uses as a
guide to your desired activities at the convention.

If you would like a copy and can print out a "Word"
document (the reader is free, even if you don't have
Microsoft Office, just Google "free word reader),
just let me know and I'll fire one off to you.

There are sometimes some changes that occur with the schedule such as someone getting ill and not able to put on their presentation, etc.
Kim will revise the schedule as neededprior to the start of the convention.

When people show up there will be two up-to-date complete schedules included in their registration packet. This will be printed on a 8-1/2" x 17" sheet folded to make a 4 page schedule.
So it is not necessary for anyone to print out a tentative schedule ahead of time, especially if it might not be up to date when you arrive.

I stated that what I did was a reformat of
the tentative schedule. I fully realize that
changes are possible, maybe even probable.

What I have done is to make that tentative
schedule more readable. If nothing else, it
will be of interest to me and my CFO.
