I have spoken to Kim. Kim contacted me to see if I would be interested in giving a presentation and that (among other things) prompted me to plan a day there as this is the one convention where coaches can be brought inside. I have received an informal ok from Kim for the activities outlined in the initial thread.

I think you will find that almost all GMCMI attendees that brign their coaches are there for the week and many will show up early.
A few will pull out a day early.
Your best days will probably be Monday through Wednesday.
Your bigger problem will be scheduling seminar time and meeting the insurance requirement for work being done at the site. You need from the convention manager and the site owners to do the work on site.
You really need to talk to Kim and coordinate what you want to do with her. She can tell you if and when there is seminar time available.
Emery also know a lot about these requirements.
