Someone was looking for an end cap to a side moulding. When I first showeed up on this net I too needed one and mentioned it. About a week later one showed up in the mail. There was a note from Steve F. inside, "just pass it on". I took that to mean: help others when you can. I try to live by that statement as much as I can. Ferguson did not know me from Adam when he did that for me.
We have two shop owners on here that make a living with parts and labor. Jim Bounds has several parts' coaches. I have just been informed that Jim Kanomata also has purchased a boat load of parts. Not just sure what he bought but I will find out. So, if you don't find the parts, give one of them a call.
Most GMC owners are not on our net. I knew nothing about it when we bought our coach. I was fortunate to meet Richard Archer and he turned me onto a lot of resources. Life got better after finding the net. I must admit it scared me but after a month a little light came on in my head. Instead of being scared to move the coach I used the problems mentioned here to my advantage. Run out and checked to make sure I did not have the same problem, if so, fix it in the driveway, not on side of the road.
Just a thought, if you can help someone find this resource, the net, it could make their life a bit easier also. Some even advertize the net with a decal on their coach.
So, all of that said to remind folks to help others and to let them know parts can be had from one of the Jims.
Dan

Thanks for the plug, Billy!

Anybody can supply a different URL or text in the comments
on an order and as long as it is not obscene or otherwise
offensive, I can make it.

Funny Mike. I never thought about that, but I guess you are right. I will say one thing, I spent my share on the Chinese leds trying to outfit our coach. I found the colors not to my liking and most of them "popped" within a year. They just could not handle much over 12 volts. I sell these lights because I love them and want others to see how good the technology has come, in last year or two. I could never sell something I did not like or would use myself. The largest RV dealer between Memphis and St. Louis tried to hire me to run the dealership. After a week I told him I could not do it. He asked me why. I told him everything on the floor was junk, compared to my GMC, and I would not own any of it. I don't know why I am like that but I am. I find that the leds I sell, from Prudentrver.com, are just as advertized. Only replaced one led in a year.
Life is good, help a fellow GMCer find us here.

Dan,

I believe this is a combination of dearly held personal values and a functioning conscience.
Both are things that seem to be politically incorrect these days, but I will bitterly cling to mine. That guy I shave, I can look him in the eye.
