Before I found out that JimB (@ GMC coop) has a nice flexible metal covered fuel line, I had to bend my own hard metal line. (I would now just order from JimB...)
My solution to the tight bends near the end of the line was to fill the line with sand... then bend it around a shovel handle.

CAUTION!
If you don't have the original design mechanical fuel pump
(i.e., the two-outlet model) this line WILL NOT fit !
Charles Wood about 5 or 6 miles from me can confirm it.
Been there, done that !

I didn't word that quite correctly!
The single outlet pump is the original design
and it WILL accept the insulated fuel line from
Jim B (COOP) OR the pre-formed steel line from
Jim K (Applied GMC).
The two-outlet replacement is the one where
NEITHER of the two replacement fuel lines fit !
I apologize for the poor wording. It LOOKED
good at the time I sent it!

That is not entirely true. We just replaced a fuel pump on a coach that was traveling with us on the trip out here to Tucson. The only pump that we could get in the little town in NM was a NAPA M6109 which is the one with the extra line back to the tank. If you put a slight bend in the fuel line in the lower section it will fit just fine.
