Rob's solution is great, poprivits into fiberglass without backing washers are less then ideal so seven rivits is not overkill and the 3m 5200 is a good choice but be sure surfaces are clean.
If you don't have access to welder use slightly thicker plate and thread holes for bolts, don't worry about heads, just grind pockets for them in glass, even if you go through the glass the 5200 will seal them.

Easiest thing to do is make up a pair of these:

The bolts are 1/4 x 20 x stainless steel button head with the button ground flat.

IIRC the screws are 3/4 inches long and I used ss nylock nuts to hold the ride height valves on.

Using my typical overkill engneering along with the seven ss pop rivets the plates were sealed / glued to the wheel well with
3M-5200.
I just yanked the old bolts out through the fibreglass and cleaned it up a bit. It left depressions that the ground off button head
screws fit into which located the plates in the right place. Well close enough anyway!

Anyway now that the background is out of the way... how in the world do i get to the bolt from the inside of the coach so i can
replace it. its the passenger side which is behind the cabinet under the fridge. but it doesnt look removeable like the panel in
the buzz box.
ALL ADVICE WILL BE HEEDED, APPRECIATED AND USED! thanks in advance guys, hoping i can get this project done this week sometime.
