Has anyone ever thought about using the snap-together "rubber" tiles made for garage floors in the "house" part of a GMC? They look like they are non-slip and would stand up to sand, dirt, dust and spills.
I got the idea while reading the thread on garage floor paint and watching a segment on a DIY show where they were installing floor that looked a lot like rubber jigsaw puzzle pieces.
Anyway, that flooring might also quiet the ride. It might even work in the cockpit.
Has it been done before?
