'78 Palm Beach - non-Cali 403 all stock as far as I can tell.

I noticed the choke heater tube (or I guess its the air source that comes from the carb) rusted and is broken off flush at the plate on the intake manifold. I haven't pulled it off yet, as I just noticed it tonight and had other things to do.

Is this a standard replacement part (searching on a few auto parts retailers turns up nothing)? Is the tube threaded or pressed in to the plate? Is this something that can be easily made?

P.S. I really don't want to do the homebrew copper tubing around the exhaust thing, and don't want to change to an electric choke at this time. Seems like a runner the way things are.

Thanks.
