Just about any rigid setting epoxy will work. Scuff it up well with course sandpaper, clean with detergent based cleaner or alcohol. If there is a Tap Plastics store near u they have everything u need

I want to repair my cover where two of the screws have broken through. Does anyone know what the material is? Can I use ABS or plastic cement for PVC? Thanks.

Just clean it up with some acetone and use JB Weld and sand and
paint. Build it up on the back side a little for strength.
