I have searched for info and pictures of cockpit carpet installations.
I have found only one by Mike Teets.
Would like to see others for details of engine cover and step treatment.
Thanks.

Go to the photo site.
http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/
Click on the search button on top right next to home. Type carpet in keyword, hit enter. There are pages of photo's of folks re-doing their carpet. Bottom right of page hit next page.
Hope this helps.

Gene,
You want to cut a template as a pattern BEFORE you
start cutting into your new carpet.
Ask me how I know!

If you would like some information not included on my site, feel free to ask specific questions. Or PM me.
Bukzin, it is not usually recommended to cut patterns for carpet as it tends to stretch in multiple directions inconsistently. You really should do all of the final/critical cutting in place. Patterns work well for sheet goods... vinyl, etc. but not for carpet.
