I don't think there is actually a town/city named McGuire, NJ.
McGuire Air Force Base is/was adjacent to US Army post Fort Dix.
Haven't been there since returning to the USA from Germany in 1971.
Lotsa stuff in that message smells like a fish that's been dead and
rotting in the sun for several days! And I doubt that a Master Sgt
in the USAF would write English so poorly.

This sounds like Nigerian English to me.
Neither MS S&T or Google shows a McGuire, NJ. They both show McGuire APB, NJ colocated with Lakehurst Naval, and Fort Dix.
