Got the Blackstone report today
here's what they said;

KEITH: It's not unusual to see high wear from a rebuilt engine. Universal averages show typical wear levels
for this type of engine after about 2,600 miles on the oil. We are a little concerned about potassium and
sodium. Potassium could be from the rebuild process and sodium could be harmless oil additive, but the two
can also show coolant. Lead, from the bearings, seems high, even for a new engine, and that's where
coolant tends to attack first. If you're not losing coolant, it's just something to monitor at this point. Check
back in 500 miles to monitor.

Kieth,

This is a 2600 mile analysis?
That makes it about 75 hours(?).
They didn't give a separate gylcol value? - I thought they did that.
I'm with them, yeah, it's a new motor and you don't know about the surface finishes everywhere. It's not eating coolant, is it?

If it is, I would do cylinder pressure check right now and pull the leaking head.

Matt

No it's got about 600 miles on it
Ill check the coolant, but it looked ok...

They put a '?' in for antifreeze

Here's the rest of the report....

cSt Viscosity @ 100°C 54.9
SUS Viscosity @ 210°F 8.75
Flashpoint in °F 420
Fuel % <0.5
Antifreeze % ?
Water % 0.0
Insolubles %0.3

As long as the temperatures ,oil pressure and antifreeze level stay good take it on a few short trips and it should start to wear in. As you get more miles on it the engine will get stronger
and you will feel more confident about the rebuild. Right now every little noise will have you thinking something is wrong. If you are cutting the oil filter open to see how much crud is in it you will likely think there is too much but each filter change should have less and less. Been there done that.
