Clean the backside of the panel of dirt and oils with 409 or glass cleaner then sand it to a uniform color with 36 grit or similar. Clean and sand cracked area and at least two inches either side of the crack and ahead of it on its predicted path. Drill hole as Mike suggested and mix smc structural repair resin (not fiberglass resin) or other two component cross bonding adhesive and force mixture into repair patches cut from fiberglass mat with a bondo spreader or putty knife. Scoop and flip patches like a fried egg and force more resin into other side of patch. Apply layer of resin to area where patch will be placed and apply patch panels. Work the patch panels around with putty knife or bondo spreader until your patch panels are properly aligned with damage are and have no air voids between them and the nose panel. Once completely cured(usually overnight to be safe) grind the outside(visible side) to a gradual v taper where you are touching through the crack to your hidden
patch tapering back at least an inch to finished surface. A three inch 36" 3m roloc disc in an angle sander will give u about the right bevel. Repeat steps for backside reinforcement on visible side and slightly over fill your bevel. Once cured sand again with disc to rough out the contour then finish sand with 80 grit on 6" dual action sander. Final finish with body filler to fill small voids and obtain fine contour then prime.

I have a crack in the point of the front cap that is slowly growing longer. I'm talking about between the 2 front access doors,right above the grill where the SCM comes to a point in the nose.

I suspect it is a stress point there. The crack was maybe 1/2" long when I got the coach in 2008, now its about 2" long.

Anything I can do to repair it, or stop it from getting worse?
