Is the headliner ABS, PVC or moulded fiber glass? Seems that information out there calls it various things.

S & D (OOP's that sounds bad),
The front and rear caps are abs plastic cracks can be repaired. Gene
has already sent you the information, go down to "inside cap repair".
As for the rest of the headliner, it is a thin foam backed plastic
material normally called shark tooth pattern, mount on card board
templets. If the material has started to separate then the foam has
deaerated and the white plastic outer is starting to hang or bubble.
It is losing battle to try to repair that part of your headliner. You
will need to start thinking about replacing your headliner and there
are many options in materials depending on your taste. I was looking
for information on doing a headliner replace but couldn't find one as
of yet. If anyone else has a link please post.
