The first run of GMC alignment kits is fully allocated. Some of the units have already been delivered and the rest will ship as soon as one very slow supplier sends the last needed part. How can it possibly take three days to process an internet order, and then another eight days to ship the stuff from LA to So. Oregon?! As soon as i can find another supplier for these, I will switch in a heart beat. I send emails with tracking numbers as soon as the items ship. If you have not received yours yet, hang tight, you will as soon as these things come in. Thanks.

I will be making a second run of these alignment kits in November for shipment in December based on orders in hand as of the end of this month. The kits are fully described on my web site, http://jerywork.com on the GMC motorhome page. The complete use instructions along with how to build a kit yourself can also be downloaded there, although by the time you figure in all the procurements you need to do and all the cutting and drilling to make it all work right, I think you will find you are better off to simply buy one.

The kits cost $400 plus shipping and are complete with everything you need to do an accurate measurement of front and rear ride height, front wheel frame parallelism, camber, caster and total toe, plus rear wheel frame parallelism and camber for all four rear bogies. You can work on any relatively level paved surface whether at home, at rallies or on the road. You do not need to jack up the coach as the turn plates provided are low enough for you to just push or drive the coach right on them. The current kits are designed for Alcoa 16" wheels but a subsequent version will also work with the 16.5" steel wheels. I just need to find an unbent 16.5 wheel so I can make sure the standoff arms fit properly. The first time you use the kit it will take about an hour to do the complete job. The second and subsequent times will take closer to 30 minutes. My hope is that someone will buy or build and donate a kit to each GMC club for use at rallies so all owners can experience the
benefits from having their coach set at the proper ride height and all six wheels properly aligned.

To order just PM me at glwork@mac.com, or Paypal to that same email address (be sure to include your shipping address), or call 541 592-5360 with a CC number, or send a check to Jerry Work, PO Box 3195, Kerby, OR 97531. Once your unit ships I will contact you with the actual shipping cost.

These product units use precision machined standoff pins that are self calibrating and all the components are made from tubular steel bonded with flexible CA and SS screws to avoid heat distortion from welding. You may also order the kits in knock down form and do all your own assembly if you want to save on the shipping costs. All the parts are fully machined and what you will need to do is supply your own black flexible CA adhesive and do your own squaring and laser calibration. The knocked down kit is $375 plus shipping.

Let me know by the end of the month if you are interested.
