A quick review.
Expensive for what it is. Other solutions exist to do the same thing while
powering the iPhone. Check out Griffin's RoadTrip for $90.

For $10 more you can get the hands-free version.
This unit in question utilizes Bluetooth to communicate with the FM
transmitter which is hogging the 12-volt outlet. Unless you have multiple
outlets in your vehicle, you'll arrive at your destination with a dead
iPhone or iPod unless you brought along a USB cable so you can charge the
iDevice. Bummer. Also, if you're in the middle of farm land where the
density of farmers, pigs and cows with cell phones is low you're not going
to be on 3G but the slower network. At that point you'll be relying solely
on the music you have loaded on your mobile device because streaming at
the slower speed isn't good unless you chosen a 56-bit station to listen
to. Pandora broadcasts at a higher bit rate.
The only thing great that I see about this is that it's new. If you gotta
have the newest gizmo, go for it. You can always sell it on eBay in time
for Christmas.
