From your blog I see you've replaced the headlights and the new unit has City Lights. Any thought to putting an LED in there and wire it to the house circuit? It might be just enough light at a campground for BBQing or whatnot.


Sounds like a better idea than anything else I have seen for these lights. They make LEDs that will fit right in the current sockets.

I like the actual idea behind city lights... but here, in the US, our driving laws do not let them be used that way.

I have seen then used as blinkers but I do not like that idea.
