I am interested in hearing how many are "out there" with coaches with original engine, tranny, and final drive and confident enough to take her anywhere....and with mileage well into the 100,000's????

Not saying no maintenance in the history, just no rebuilds.

Also, in my past life as a GMC'er, I know I towed with the 3.07 FD and can't recall how the 3.42 helped when I switched over. Looking at a coach with the original everything, very nice, too. My old coach was kissing 100k and did not scare me, but I had been through a tranny change (Danny Dunn) at about 90k.

I realize nobody's experience is transferable and my results may differ....but....nice knowing the experience of others.

So, I want someone to say, "hey, I have 156,000 miles on my original engine, never touched my tranny, and who needs other than the original final drive!!!".....or something like that.
