I got the following email today. Can anyone help him? I am adding his info (email is jamesmichaelbeach at hotmail.com) so you can contact directly if you wish - his phone number was included in the message.

"I was hoping that one of you could help me with this! I am looking to track down and re-purchase the GMC motorhome my family had when I was a kid (I am 32 now!)

17 years ago My father sold our 1973 GMC 26' sequoia to a gentleman in Ontario named Rex Field Wilson. He moved to Parkesville BC. I talked to him today (tracked him down!) and he told me that he had sold the motorhome about 10 years ago. The man he sold it to died, and his widow sold the motorhome again...this was all he could tell me. But he is pretty sure the coach is still in BC.

I was hoping that one of you might be familiar with this coach, know the name of the widow, or even better the current owner!..Any information at all would be helpful!

Attached are some pictures I found online of a coach identical to ours...

here is the vin: tze063v101586

thanks so much in advance!

I got an update from Michael this morning and he has found the coach on Vancouver Island as part of an estate. He has contacted the executor of the estate.

Somebody swears up and down that an old Champion motorhome I bought
belonged to his family at one time. I gave him contact info to follow
the trail, so maybe. :)

I know of a son that searched for his Dad's hot rod. It was sold 30 years ago and passed throgh 8 different owners. The son found it and bought it back.
He is restoring it back to the 60's style when his Dad owned it.

Too bad he didn't ask the Registry and am surprised an owner didn't
suggest it. Could have saved him some phone time. The coach is
listed.Dave

yesterday was the first time I ever heard from the guy. I got his request in the morning and the 'I found it' message in the afternoon.
