What's the difference between what you are doing and what Southland Motorhome Center has to offer? I do know they have someone fabricating their plates and connections but was wondering if the bag is much different.

Byron,
There are slight shortcomings on these as we are finding these out as we go.
We must have about 25 sets of the Silverton Bag systems out there.
The Silverton system is similar to the Southland, but the prices are favorable.

I am not really familiar with the silverton and southland bags. My biggest driver on this project was the availability of bags and the cost. At the time I designed these I need something to hold the corner up as an original bag blew out and it had a 4x4 holding that side up. I chose a current production bag that is widely used on busses and trucks. This also keeps the cost down. I only have about a thousand miles on mine but so far no problems. If anyone is in the st louis area I would be happy to show them to you. I just hope it helps to keep some of these coaches on the road.

As much as I like and respect Frady pere and fils, my 26 foot project is predicated on in - house labor.  Put another way... I can't afford their system at this time.  Saving my pennies though.
