This may not exactly be the best way, but it works. Get a breaker bar & an impact socket & slip a piece of pipe over it long enough to hit the frame. Leave some distance between the bar & the frame. Pull the coil wire & hook a remote starter switch to the starter. Bump the motor over & the leverage of the starter will break it loose. Only bump it until the bolt loosens off. You need the remote switch because you do NOT want to be under there when you do it & you sure don't want it to start. It's not as good as an impact, but it will get the job done.
