As the engine was going back together i connected the battery so it would be ready when i was ready.
Then i discovered the key was on, (i unlocked the wheel to push it around the yard) The coil was very hot. Normally it would have just killed the battery but I had run a charging wire off the house converter.
So should I assume the coil is cooked and just buy a new one?

It's gonna take a lot of Adderall to get this thing right.
