GEMRECS has been developed over the past four years. The name is widely known, respected, and helpful to the GMC motorhome community. It has occurred to me that someone or two could benefit from consumer acceptance of this company as well as to continue the purpose of GEMRECS which is to provide USED GMC motorhome parts, many of which are no longer produced, at substantial savings to GMCers.

So, I have decided to offer the company name, GMC Motorhome Reclamation Services or GEMRECS, the logo and the web site for sale at $500. Buyers could even get free inventory at our great GMC parts give-away on October 1, 2011. In addition, many parked GMCs are awaiting someone to reuse their parts and are usually available for purchase at reasonable prices. I also developed a partial parts list with pricing to aid the potential buyer. Think about it.
Thx, Michael

If no one jumps on this as a business opportunity, i wonder if there would be any value in the group doing something with it?

A place to list parts that are lying around?

The established domain and internet presence is a precious thing to let go away.

Dave you replied just before me. I have been thinking along the same lines.

I think that the biggest problem for anyone is finding the space to store these parts. The coaches do take up room, and I'm sure Mike would be the first to tell you that it's a lot of work to remove and store these parts.

This would be a great hobby business for someone if they could just get the coaches moved to a nice location and have the energy to continue GEMRECS.

Kudos to Mike for all his efforts these past years, he's been a very valuable asset to all.
