Interesting pictures of an interesting coach. (At least to someone who has a few Birches!)
I notice the color and the stripes match my '77, but the rear couch comes close to matching the fabric in my '78. Maybe it is a early '78 or a late '77 titled as a '78.
The design of the rear couch is not the same as my '78. (It looks closer to the OEM couch in the GMC coaches, but I do not see the arms for the upper bunk.) How good of a bed does it make? (The one in my '78 sucks as a bed.)
Is the front couch OEM? Does it still have the LPG tank jutting into the middle of the coach? (Normally covered by the rear part of the dinette.) How good of a bed does it make?
I like the table for the couch. It looks like it can be used at the rear couch also.
Good luck on your sale.

The front coach is oem and the propane tank is under it. The front couch is ok as a bed.
the bunk bed at rear is ok also. My youngest is typically the one who uses it.
