Are there now two newer airbag systems to replace the old hot dogs? Any recommendations or comments? Both bags are shot on my 78 so I might as well upgrade. Thanks for your inputs.

Bob,

Here's a link to a spreadsheet that outlines all the systems out there now:

I have the dual bag system from JimK. There is an issue with it but it
works fine for me.

Wow, Thanks Rob, great info. Lots of stuff happening.
I kind of like the 2 bagger from Hensley. Inexpensive, easy to install, can still drive if you blow a bag. I don't mind giving up a little up/down travel, and my finances are not what they used to be. Hardly ever used it to level at a camp site because most of them are already flat. Anyone out there running this system yet?

really well done, and I am rushing to log this into my web site.....

but

1- I do not see pictures of the actual air bags installed, like here
http://goo.gl/pFEpE

you are welcome to use any of my links/pictures, or keep your own, but
as I went through the spread sheet, it was difficult to compare them
without looking at the actual installs, in a similar picture for each
air bag system...

well done and needed at this time of change...

thanks

Gene,

For some reason I can't seem to get to the spreadsheets clicking on the
link. However, IIRC the data is not all in yet either, last time I looked we
didn't we didn't have min and max distances from the ground to the bottom of
the bogies to see how much the different systems will raise and lower the
rear.

The spread sheet does not appear to have the latest airbag which Mark Grueninger came up with. The Firestone W01-358-9294.
